Where it came from.
Trojan CRM started as the system one building firm wrote for itself, to get its quotes, jobs, costs and invoices out of spreadsheets and group chats. It worked, because it was shaped by how a building firm actually runs a job.
We have rebuilt it from that working specification as a product other firms can use: with its own database for each firm, hosted in London, and with the firm's own name on everything it sends.
Who runs it.
Trojan CRM is made by TG Digital, a small UK business owned and run by its two founders.
There is no call centre and no ticket queue. When you email us, one of us answers.
