How much does Trojan CRM cost?
A flat annual fee for the firm, set by the size of the firm. We don't publish the bands yet: email us with how many people work for you and we'll tell you which band you fall in and what it costs.
Is there a charge per user?
No. Office, admin and every site supervisor can have their own login. Taking on another person costs nothing.
What is included in the fee?
The whole system: quoting, scheduling, the site side on the phone, costs, invoicing, reports and the built-in help. Set-up, done on site with you by us, is included too.
Do I need Xero or other accounting software?
No. Trojan CRM numbers and totals its own invoices. If you use Xero, you can download issued invoices as a CSV in Xero's import layout, with the PDFs.
Who is it for?
Building firms of about 5 to 20 people doing domestic extensions and refurbishments, with someone in the office who looks after the paperwork.
Where is our data kept?
In London. Each firm has its own separate database, with its own credentials; no firm shares a database with another. More about email and your data.
